Sellers get the majority of benefits when they offer their home to lease or to sell. They can also get the higher sales price and more than average rent. In some cases, If some one is going to give their home for lease then the purchaser submits an amount as token money and if the buyer or tenant fails to pay the full payment to date then the benefits can also be increased as the money is non refundable. Some of the benefits that sellers get are mentioned below:

Get the Maximum Prices- It is the greatest benefit for the seller that he can get the maximum price by attracting more buyers. Some buyers also prove useful to him by paying maximum premiums because of easy financing terms.

Positive Flow of Cash- Because a seller can demand more than the usual prices due to high demand, he may be able to attain his objective and thus, get a positive flow of cash.

Less risk- Those who are renting a house, get that the tenants that have shown an interest. If you are lucky they will keep the home like their own home and also take a good care of it. They may even the house well maintained and make arrangements to make it better than it was when it was leased.
